
Sean Molloy

Senior Director of Quality, Safety and Innovation
Sean has extensive experience in a variety of leadership roles at the system level and in healthcare provider organizations. With a proven track record in quality, patient safety and innovation, he is passionate about designing the safest health systems possible while advancing the health of our communities.
Sean holds a Master of Design (Strategic Foresight and Innovation) from OCAD University in Toronto with a research interest in how health systems may use design as an enabler for health system innovation and improvement.
Sean is also a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Institute of Health Policy Management and Evaluation (MHSc) and is past Chair of the Greater Toronto Area Chapter of the Canadian College of Health Leaders. He currently holds a Board position at the Hazel Burns Hospice in Toronto which provides in-home hospice palliative care to vulnerable communities in Central Toronto.
